Moong Dal with Spinach

INGREDIENTS:
Moong Dal -1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Chopped spinach -2 cups
Salt for taste
Tumeric - 1/2 tbs
Ginger - 1 tbs
Lime juce - 1 tbs
Ghee - 2 tbs
Whole red chili - 4
Asafoetida (hing) - pinch
Curry leaves - 4
Jeera - 1/2 tbs
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbs
Garam masala -1/4 tbs
METHOD:
Wash Moong dal & soak it for 1/2 hr.
In pressure cooker put dal, spinach, ginger, tumeric , salt & water & close the pressure cooker & let it cook for 3 whistle.
Adjust the consistency of dal to your taste & add boiled water as needed & mix it & add red chilli , garam masala & lemon juice.
Let it boil for 3 minutes.
SEASONING:
For seasoning heat the ghee in small pan , add cumin seeds wait until it creeks & then add hing & whole red chilli .
Switch off the heat & pour the seasoning to the dal .
Serve with rice or chapati.
