Palak Thambuli


INGREDIENTS:
Palak - 1 cup
Jeera- 1tbs
Black pepper seeds -1 tbs
Chopped Cocount - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
SEASONING:
Mustard seeds - 1 tbs
Curry leaves -3
Whole red chilli -2
oil - 1tbs
METHOD:
Dry roast the palak, jeera & black pepper seeds in pan & let cool for sometimes
Then grind the roasted palak, jeera & black pepper with cocount until it become smooth paste & then add curd & grind it again.
Add salt & season with mustard seeds once it creek add red chill & curry leaves.
Serve with rice.
