Fenugreek (Methi) Thambuli

INGREDIENTS:
Menthe /frenugreek seeds - 1/2 tbs
Chopped cocount - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 2
SEASONING:
Mustard seeds - 1 tbs
Curry leaves - 4
oil - 1 tbs
METHOD:
Dry roast the menthe/fenugreek seeds in pan & let it cool for sometime
Then grind the roasted menthe seeds, cocount & green chilli until it becomes smooth. Paste & then add curd & grind it again.
Add salt and season with mustard seeds once it creeks add cury leaves.
Serve with rice.
