Curry Leaves Rice

INGREDIENTS:
Curry Leaves - 15 or 20 leafs
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Green chilli - 2
Grated Cocount -3 tbs
Crushed red chilli -2
Salt for taste
Tamarind - small lime sized ball
Ghee - 2 tbs
METHOD:
Grind the cocount, curry leaves, tamarind & green chilli & make them into nice paste, add some water if needed.
Take a pan, turn on the heat, add ghee to it, once it is hot add crushed red chilli fry for 2 mins & then add the paste to it & let it cook until the paste become dry & then add salt to it
Turn off the heat & add cooked rice to the prepartion
Serve it hot.
