Tomato Rice

INGREDIENTS:
Tomato -2 Chopped
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Chooped ginger -1 tbs
chopped green chilli - 2
chilli powder - 1 tbs
corainder powder - 1/2 tbs
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbs
Ghee - 1 tps
Mustard seeds -1 /2 tbs
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbs
Cashews - 1 tbs
Channa dal - 1/2 tbs
Urad dal -1/2 tbs
Whole red chilli -2
Curry leaves - 4
Hing -pinch
Salt for taste
Chopped coriander for garnishing
METHOD:
Heat the ghee and add whole red chillies, mustard seeds , cumin seeds , channa dal, urad dal, cashews and hing and when it creeks add curry leaves.
Add chopped onion & fry them till it turns brown.
Add green chili , ginger & tomato & let it cook for sometimes then add chili powder , corainder powder, garam masala and salt and keep frying for few minutes.
Add cooked rice to the preparation and garnish with coriander leaves.
