Paneer Tikka

INGREDIENTS:
Paneera - 1 large block ( cut in to 2 inch cubes)
Capisicum - 1 ( cut in to square pieces)
Onion - 1 ( cut in to square pieces)
Curd - 3 tbs
Red chilli - 1 tbs
Tumeric - 1/2 tbs
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbs
Black pepper - 1 tbs
Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
lime juice - 1 tbs
Salt for taste
Tooth sticks - 20 or 30 nos.
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients for the tikkas from yogurt onwards & mix well .
Then add the vegetables pieces & paneer & mix it well till all the pieces are covered with marination sauce.
Leave it for 3 -4 hours in fridge.
Preheat the oven for 400 F
Alternate on the skewer paneera , onion & capsicum to tooth sticks & put in tray & keep in oven. Let it cook until it turns little brown colour.
Serve it hot with corainder chutney.
