Rava Idly



INGREDIENTS:
Roasted rava - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tbs
Salt for taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Chopped Corainder leaves - 4 tbs
Frozen peas - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbs
Chann dal -1/2 tbs
Urad dal - 1/2 tbs
Curry leaves -4
Oil - 1 tbs

METHOD:
Heat the oil and add mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal and when it creeks add curry leaves
Mix the seasoning to roasted rava and let cool for 5 mins
Add curd ,water , salt and baking soda to the roasted rava and keep aside for 15 mins
Grease the idly stand with ghee & keep a peas & add mix to each idly stand
Let it cook in the steam for 20 mins & turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 mins.
Serve hot.
