Mint Pulav


INGREDIENTS:
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 lager sliced
Mint leaves - 1 large bunch
Coranider leaves - 1 cup chopped
Green chilli - 3 nos
Ginger - 1 tbs
Garlic - 3 nos
Water - 2 glass
WHOLE SPICES:
cinnamon sticks - 2
cardamon - 2
cloves - 4
Bay leaf - 2
Star anise -1

METHOD:
Soak the rice in water for 30 mins
Grind the mint leaves, green chilli, ginger & garlic until it beomes paste & fry the paste for 5 0r 7 mins .
Heat pan & add ghee & add whole spices after min add onion and fry it until it become brown in colour.
Then add coranider leaves & mint paste & mix for few sec & turn off stove & pour the contents into the electric cooker.
Remove the water from rice & add rice to electric cooker & pour 2 glass of water.
Serve it hot with raita
