Dosa


INGREDIENTS:
Rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Salt for taste
Poha - 2 tbs

METHOD:
Wash the rice , urad dal & poha nicely & soak it in the water for 6 hour
Grind it till it becomes a paste
Mix together & add salt with water to make batter
Keep aside in warm place for fermenting overnight.
Prepare dosa in non -stick pan and serve it hot.
