Mango Rice


INGREDIENTS:
Raw Mango- 1 Grated
Cooked Basmati Rice - 2 cups
chopped green chilli - 3
Mustard seeds -1 /2 tbs
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbs
Cashews - 1 tbs

Groundnuts - few as per your taste
Channa dal - 1/2 tbs
Urad dal -1/2 tbs
Curry leaves - 4

Salt for taste
Lime Juice - 1 tbs
Oil - 1 tbs
Chopped coriander for garnishing


METHOD:
Heat the pan & add oil on it once it is medium hot, add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , channa dal, urad dal, cashews and groundnut and when it creeks add curry leaves.
Add green chilli and then add grated mango and & some water if needed & let it cook until the rawness of the mango disappears & then add salt & lime juice & turn off heat

Add cooked rice to the preparation and garnish with corainder leaves.
Serve hot with papad.
